Clause 1

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual user and apidewa in relation to the website, account services, casino content, sportsbook markets, promotions and associated payment functions. References to the service include access by mobile phone, tablet, desktop computer or any other supported device.

The apidewa Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information form part of the wider rules governing use of the platform. Where a promotion or individual betting market includes specific conditions, those conditions apply together with these general terms. If a specific promotional condition conflicts with a general clause, the specific condition normally applies to that promotion only.

Account Eligibility and Registration

An apidewa account is available only to a natural person who has reached 21 years of age. Companies, associations, agents and persons acting for an undisclosed third party may not hold a standard player account. Registration must be voluntary and completed with accurate personal information.

1. A user may maintain only one account unless apidewa gives prior written approval for another arrangement.
2. The registered name, date of birth, address and contact details must be truthful, complete and kept current.

4. Employees, contractors or persons directly involved in operating a game or market may be restricted from participating in relevant products.

Account Security and Acceptable Use

Each user is responsible for protecting login credentials, device access and any authentication codes associated with an apidewa account. Passwords should be unique and must not be disclosed to friends, relatives, payment agents or other third parties. Activity completed through correctly authenticated credentials may be treated as authorised unless apidewa has been notified of a suspected compromise.

Users must not manipulate software, exploit errors, interfere with game integrity, automate betting without permission, use prohibited location-masking tools or collude with another player. It is also prohibited to use apidewa for money laundering, payment cycling, unlawful transfers or any purpose unrelated to genuine entertainment and betting activity.

Deposits, Payment Methods and Account Balances

Deposits must be made with a supported payment instrument that the user is legally authorised to operate. Payment methods may include Malaysian bank transfer, DuitNow, FPX, approved eWallet channels and supported cryptocurrency networks. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts and processing estimates may vary according to account status, maintenance periods and provider requirements.

apidewa may reject or return a deposit made from a third-party account. Users must verify the recipient information, selected network and transaction amount before confirming payment. A transfer to an incorrect bank account, wallet address or blockchain network may be delayed or irrecoverable.

Account balances are intended for genuine play and are not a banking facility. apidewa may review deposits followed by minimal betting, repeated reversals or unusual movement between payment methods. Displayed MYR balances may be adjusted where a payment is reversed, duplicated, credited in error or subject to a valid provider chargeback.

Casino Games and Sports Betting Rules

A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the apidewa system and recorded in account history. Selecting a stake or pressing a betting control does not by itself guarantee acceptance. Users must review the market, odds, selection, stake and potential return before confirming a wager.

Sports markets covering the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and other events are settled according to the published market rules and official result information considered reliable by apidewa. Postponements, abandoned fixtures, participant withdrawals, dead heats and obvious pricing errors may require a bet to be voided, recalculated or settled under the relevant market conditions.

Casino outcomes are determined by the applicable game system or live-table process. RTP figures describe long-term theoretical performance and do not predict an individual session. Interruptions caused by a user's connection, device or low battery do not automatically cancel a completed round. Where a platform fault prevents reliable settlement, apidewa may restore the stake, settle from recorded game data or void the affected round.

Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

Every apidewa promotion may include an eligibility period, minimum deposit, qualifying game list, wagering requirement, maximum bet, expiry date and maximum cash-out. A user should review these details before choosing to participate. The headline percentage or MYR amount does not replace the full promotional rules.

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 10x bonus-only wagering requirement requires MYR 1,000 of qualifying bets. Game contribution rates may differ: slots may contribute more than live Baccarat, Blackjack or Roulette. Bets above a stated maximum may not count and may breach the offer.

Duplicate accounts, coordinated claims, payment reversals, low-risk hedging or other bonus abuse may lead to removal of promotional credit and associated winnings. apidewa may restrict a promotion by player, payment method, game category or campaign period where the published conditions allow it.

Withdrawals and Verification Reviews

Withdrawal requests are subject to available balance, completed wagering, account verification and payment ownership checks. apidewa may request identity records or information concerning a payment before approving a withdrawal. A request will normally be returned through an appropriate method held in the same user's name.

Processing times are estimates and may be affected by bank maintenance, eWallet reviews, public holidays, blockchain confirmation requirements or incomplete documentation. A pending review does not mean that funds have been forfeited. Users should avoid submitting repeated requests or conflicting payment instructions while a transaction is being assessed.

apidewa may deduct a valid charge, reversed deposit, duplicate credit or amount obtained through a clear system error. No deduction will be made solely because a user has won fairly under the applicable rules.

Responsible Gambling and Player Protection

apidewa provides gambling entertainment for people aged 21 and above only. Users are expected to set a budget, avoid chasing losses and never gamble with money required for rent, food, education, medical care or other essential expenses.

Available safeguards may include deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. A user who activates self-exclusion must not attempt to create another account or use another person's profile. apidewa may close related accounts identified during the exclusion period.

Clause 10

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

apidewa aims to maintain a stable mobile and desktop service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, provider outages, telecommunications failures, device problems or circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect games, payments or account access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, apidewa is not responsible for indirect losses arising from a user's failure to protect credentials, use of an unsupported device, inaccurate payment instructions or reliance on gambling as a source of income. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users remain responsible for personal tax, reporting or legal obligations connected with their activity. apidewa does not provide legal, tax or financial advice.

Clause 11

Suspension, Closure and Dormant Accounts

A user may stop using apidewa and request account closure, subject to completion of pending transactions and security checks. Where the request relates to gambling harm, self-exclusion is generally more protective than an ordinary closure because it is intended to prevent reactivation during the selected period.

apidewa may suspend or close an account for material breach, fraud concerns, underage use, prohibited payment activity, abusive conduct or legal and regulatory reasons. Where appropriate, legitimate remaining funds will be returned after deductions authorised by these terms and completion of necessary verification.

Changes, Complaints and Contact Information

apidewa may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational changes, new payment methods, security requirements or updated legal obligations. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use after a notified material update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
